Well, lets just put it this way: The difference in the cost to buy this game individually from the SE store and ship to Canada was only marginally lower than the cost to buy off eBay right now. And I'd pay the extra price simply to not have to deal with the fools who run SE's store again.
Edit: And I'm seeing buy it now prices of c$60 for the EU release and c$90 for the North American release on ebay.ca, shipping included. Since my cost to buy off the SE Store would have been c$101( us$74) shipping included had I bought individually, I'd still be coming out ahead, even if a couple local game stores couldn't get me a copy.
