Forums - Gaming Discussion - Secret of Mana Remake might come to Switch

Is it bad that I want the 16 bit version of Secret of Mana more? There is something about SNES sprites that makes me feel like the game designed to look that way. I feel the same with the the FInal Fantasy IV DS remake and the original

Switch is 9th generation. Everyone else is playing on last gen systems!

I feel like they should've included both versions, the Remake and the original.

But im excited to try the Remake, who knows, it might surprise us all and actually work really well with the updates in the game.

Can we get Chronno Trigger HD, please SE? Do with the graphics the same thing you did to Octopath, and keep the DS gameplay, and we're set.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

I doubt they will do that. Knowing Square they will just split the two games up and make you pay for both separately.

Yea sadly.

Too bad they couldn't do like what Capcom did with Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix where it had the new HD drawing look but then can turn it on/off and switch it to the SNES 16bit look.

They should but I'd rather want the Secret of Mana collection localized.

I really hope they do. I'd buy the collection in a heart beat. I'd love to play Seiken 3 finally, and not via emulator.

I mean, it would make a lot of sense for them to release it on Switch at some point considering it was originally a SNES game anyway... I think it'll come at some point to be honest, they'd be stupid not to.

That would be cool.
