Ultimate- PS3 Only
In the Ultimate Universe, an alternate version of the Marvel Universe, Tony Stark

Silver Centurion- X360 Only
Originally used as a means by which Tony Stark could test out new ideas for the Iron
Man suit, it eventually became his new fully operational set of armor when used in
the first comic book battle between Tony Stark and Obadiah Stane in Iron Man issue
200. Boldly sporting new colors, this version of the suit was worn during Stark’s
days as a West Coast Avenger and during the first “Armor Wars” storyline.

PS3 definitely.

However, if this post is about a movie-game, then I'll save your the trouble. Don't buy it.

360, hands down. The Centurion armor was a staple of old Iron Man comics. Retro wins every time.

If the Wii gets the Stealth Armor, it trumps them all.

they're both ugly, but the ps3's is slightly less ugly

 I think this title is different in that it is and isn't a movie game.  I think(i could be wrong) that the game was made as a result of the movie but not inspired by it.  It is getting some positive feedback so far.

PS3 one looks cooler.

The Xbox 360 one. The PS3 one looks very japanese inspired, something like a Gundam RX-78.

Dear God, I hope so.

Anyway, I'm not really a comic book type of guy, but I loved the Ultimates continuity.  I'm gonna vote for the Ultimates armor on this one.  (Curse you, PS3 owners; the GTA IV DLC ain't got nothing on this deal).

BTW, both suck compared to the stealth armor (though the Centurion sucks a little less).
