OK, as you and friends might know, (if you read some of my posts) I am moving. We actually decided to go to vegas and I accepted a job close by. Long story short, we are renting a place until we find property in the hills.

We have approved credit and they are giving us all these goodies. $300 visa card, $100 wal/mart.and they are giving us a new PS2...

what am I going to do with that??? It is brand new, I can't give it away because my bro has one.

I want a 360, I do not have an ebay account so I cant sell it on there. Any ideas on what I should do??

Would it be rude to ask if I could get money down toward a 360??? 

 Or should I just try and trade that in with my gamecube(since the wii plays the gamecube games)

Send the PS2 to me then you don't even have to think about this dilemma again.

Why not keep it as it is the greatest console and you are not going to get a better console elsewhere

All kidding aside, I'd just ask them if it could be another gift certificate instead of a PS2. And why are they offering all this stuff? Wouldn't it be simple and easier for them just to take it off your first month's rent?

I will sell if for you on ebay and all I ask for is to have the cost of selling on Ebay, amount Paypal charges to accept money, and the shipping reimbursed.

 So Ebay will charge me 0.65 to put it on Ebay and 1% the final selling value fee. Paypal charges 1% as well I beleive. Then I will send you the remaining diffence you ship to whomever wins.

Let's say it sold for the avg rate on their now $80 or so for a new PS2. That would mean I would pay Ebay 0.65 for listing and 0.80 for value which is $1.45. then another buck or so to Paypal once the buyer pays me. So it should be less than $3.00 to sell on Ebay. I would trust you to send it to them, all I would need is a tracking number to confirm the delivery. There are some selling as high as $100. Without any games. In stores they are $130 plus tax. Craigslist should be able to get you a quick $80 or so for it. No shipping either as you can just meet someone. It's free to sell on craigslist.
