Forums - Gaming Discussion - One Piece: World Seeker (PS4, XBO and PC) debut trailer

"AAAHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....so that's why it's not on Switch!"

Around the Network

This makes me wish I was a One Piece fan! That game looks awesome!

Damn.. looks really REALLY good

(=^・ω・^=) Kuroneko S2 - Ore no Imouto - SteamMyAnimeList and Twitter - PSN: Gustavo_Valim - Switch FC: 6390-8693-0129 (=^・ω・^=)

Seems like this game is borrowing heavy from BOTW which is not a bad thing at all. Can see more games taking queues from that.

With how PW3 on PC turned out, I'm not going to hold hope for them to not fuck up this port.

Looks really good, I haven't watched one peice but maybe I could get this

I've never watched One Piece and honestly the design of the protagonist kinda turns me off from this game

PW3 was developed by Koei Tecmo who is notorious for their shoddy ports.

This is built by a Namco studio - not Koei Tecmo.

If anything, this port will be more like Tekken 7 than PW3 in terms of quality.

Bamco aren't exactly new hotness either when it comes to their ports.

For World Seeker to be akin to Tekken 7 in terms of quality, the game will have to be aimed at PC first, but that's highly unlikely since it's Bamco. Same with KT.

Dark Souls 1 was a bad port because it came out during a time when Namco was still new to PC gaming and didnt put any effort.

Tales of Symphonia is a combination of the old PC port (similar situation as the FFVII and FFVIII port) and the PS3 HD remaster.

Tales of Berseria, Tales of Zestiria, Tekken 7, Dark Souls 2 and Dark Souls 3 all have been favorable.

Berseria (via a demo) and Dark Souls 2 I have tried and both were good ports.

I still don't have enough faith in either studio to deliver high quality port jobs.

Bamco is showing the Xbox some love. Guess that trip Spencer took is yielding results.
