The first time I saw Cole when playing Gears, I couldn't help but roll my eyes. I pretty much rolled my eyes every time he spoke, it just seemed so forced..

I am serious, I'm sure not all black people fit the type of people i listed but those have been the black people i have known. Where i went to Highschool there were only about a dozen black people out of about 1400 and all them sold drugs/did drugs, and acted the typical black street person. When i went to JR high, there were alot more black people and this was how it was. This is just how it was where i grew up and where i live now. I'm not being racist if this is what people think, i'm far from it.

The city i live in has more people useing drugs per population then just about any other place in the country. Thekitchensink guy goes to college in the same town as i live, ask him. I'm sure he will of have seen what i'm talking about.


Listen, every group of people have members who fit a stereotype. After all, that's how stereotypes are often formed (though not always). You're basing an opinion that sounds as if you want the stereotype to back it up. Chances are you're missing many things those people around you are doing that don't fit that stereotype in the slightest bit, instead focusing solely on those things that do.

And, hate to break it to you, but that's racism.

In my town it's about 50% white, 30% black, and 15% hispanic and 5% of everything else. Honestly, there are plenty of stereotypical people and nonstereotypical people here. Sadly, MANY black people fit the stereotype of druggie/drug dealer/gangbanger here. I wish they didn't, because a lot of them are half-decent people if they would just clean up their life a bit. I have about 3 close black friends that don't fit any black stereotypes, and there's a decent amount more in the school. But I also have to say, there are PLENTY of white people that are druggies/drug dealers/etc. here too. 

 So it's not being racist, persay. Maybe culturalist?

Not really. If that's the way those people actually are, then he's just telling the truth, correct?

In my town it's about 50% white, 30% black, and 15% hispanic and 5% of everything else. Honestly, there are plenty of stereotypical people and nonstereotypical people here. Sadly, MANY black people fit the stereotype of druggie/drug dealer/gangbanger here. I wish they didn't, because a lot of them are half-decent people if they would just clean up their life a bit. No, it's really based around income. Socio-economic status is the cause of much of what you're talking about, not race or culture. Go to poor neighborhoods and you'll see more drug-dealing and violent crime. It doesn't matter if the neighborhood is full of whites, blacks, or hispanics.
