I'm expecting around 1.6 million first week WW. Which is best out of any PS3 games so far.

The bundle will sell around 350K PS3s WW.

In that case, I change my prediction to 2 million with 400K PS3

 yeah, the OP was asking for Full week of sale number, which is going to be very hard to find.

And don`t forget that around 14 mln. PS3 will be sold by the week of MGS4 release.
And if every 5th PS3 owner will buy a MUST HAVE game, i wouldn`t be so surprised. =))
With so much good replies from reviewes, the game is definitely a must have.
More over, for summer it will be the only BIG game, no competitors. =]
