I'll have to agree with Alkibjhnfdksjfbdsk on this one.

Can you dock tablets into TV's? Do tablets have motion sensing controllers with HD rumble?

The switch is obviously more than a tablet and is doing unique stuff. It's not that hard to see.

Yes I can dock My Dell Tab into my TV. I can also add a wireless controller with rumble and motion (PS4) to Windows.

You know, I've had an ouya for a couple of years. I've mostly been using it for emulation. Never even considered using my laptop and a controller connected to a TV. I've been a fool!!

Nadella told investors yesterday that they’re expanding their push into the gaming market. Despite what you’d read on this forum, apparently Microsoft makes money in gaming and plans to stay. Who’d of thunk it.

Personally I don’t mind them losing the sales battle. Would we have awesome initiatives like Game Pass, EA Access, Play Anywhere, or 360/Xbox BC if MS were winning? The lack of domination Sony was used to with the PS3 surely helped themake a much better console with PS4. Turns out competition is good.

Xbox 10 will launch in 2020 and will be a windows 10 pc on console form factor. Capable of running any windows executable. They will push windows store and have full support for window mixed reality headsets.

Price will be 500usd. There will be a xbox 10 with form factor of a laptop also.

LOL and then they will brick it with forced win10 updates ;)

The problem is it’s just hard to believe them, when they were stating they’d be spending 1 Billion for new games, just a few years ago and we all know what happened. I say it again...once a liar always a liar. Trust is the biggest of MS’s issues atm.

That's cool if you believe that. I on the other hand don't put any trust into any of these billion dollar companies who only see me as a dollar sign.

It’s perfectly understandable you feel that way as a primary Microsoft fan. You’re just a human too, right.

I felt that way even when I was a primary Sega fan and then a primary PlayStation fan. None of these companies are trustworthy, lol. Especially their PR.

Is the English confusing you or the idea of me as a huge PS fan? I probably should have used the word primarily instead of primary.

i was a gigantic PS fan during the PS1 and 2 eras. Like I’ve said before, GT used to be my favorite franchise. SOCOM on PS2. As I got out of my teenage years I cared less for Japanese games and RPGs and became more interested in online gaming so XBL was a natural fit.

In my eyes the biggest problem MS have is their constant dishonest marketing, which simply tries to deceive their (potential and trusted) customers again and again by exaggerating or twisting facts and in the sum never delivers, which leads to disappointment again and again. People are not stupid, they realise something is fishy and this stuff always comes back biting them in the butt, be it fake "exclusives" (console launch exclusives), The Cloud, Kinect and always online is "mandatory" or DX12 and "true uncompromised 4K".

Second biggest problem is the lack of identity which they could have created by releasing new exclusive IPs, like they did last gen! A system only for multiplats is a hard sell outside the diehards, especially if there are other options which offer more interesting experiences over all...and all that at a lower price point.

Coming back to my first point and combining both points...if they could at least be considered a trust-worthy company with a clear vision, I'm sure sales would be much better and more competitive worldwide.

At the moments it's just a bit sad. Sony and Nintendo would deserve a third, worthy competitor.

Truth be told, I don't know if they meant 'Dynamic 4K' as a way to disclose the probable method they would use to output said 4K (checkerboard), or if they meant Dynamic as in 'energetic'. Clever really. Misleading, but clever.

This, on the other hand, was actually delivered. Also, if by 'fake exclusives' you mean timed exclusives, SONY has done this as well.
