for me its gta san andreas. it was a gta game finally based on ghetto gang wars, etc etc. you could do everything in that game: swim, drive trains, fly planes, make a gang, eat, take gang turf, play ball, and many MANY otehr things you could do tht i cnt think of. not to mention all the missions, and the area of that city. o ya you could also ride bikes.

you could also customize cj and your car. im dieing to play that game again (i lost it along with my other 20 ps2 games) 

the only bad thing about the game was that it took a damn long time to load sumtimes, and the minor framrate problems. it always made me feel like the game was gunna freeze

Vice City was my favorite. San Andreas was boring and just not for me.

Vice City, it was so damn classy.

San Andreas had better gameplay, but the missions seemed like quantity over quality sometimes, and the pacing wasn't as good. 

I'm partial to Vice City.

Saints Row is a really average ripoff.
