Wasn't this available through the 4.0 update of the Switch? Just transfer your user account and make sure the other Switch is on version 4.0 too. Btw did you scratch the actual screen or just the screen protector?

yup, got added in 4.0
it is very simple but both consoles need to be online and the one you are transferring to needs to have an open profile-slot
