I'm not sure why some people act surprised that PS4 is selling well when it just received a 33% price cut lol. Switch seems unaffected by it and still selling at the same pace.

Xbox will suffer the most as they share a large part of their library with the Playstation. The Switch has a more unique library + a unique selling point (portability and home console in one device).

oh gosh, I'd really like to see Xbox win November. it needs a win somewhere in this year. the Xbox one x is the next logical leap for gaming and is probably gonna make 4k boost into mainstream popularity. maybe if Microsoft advertises that it has pubg exclusivity for some time, sales could do better. But this month is ramping up to be hype as hell, which plastic box wins November, we shall see.

I agree with the bold parts and I added one word before gaming.  I think they will begin to market PUBG soon, they would be idiots not to.

What do you mean by that? I'm not certain you have ever understood or entered the spirit of the Amazon thread. This comment exposes YOU and not the (mostly) decent people here that genuinely just try to work out who will win the NPD. If people get it wrong, they get it wrong, but from what I've experienced over the years in this thread, most people just get it wrong because they've speculated uncorrected, not because they just pick the console they personally like the best. 

Many, including myself, have not even called it yet because they're waiting for more data and a clearer trend. I don't know who will win but clearly from that bolded statement, YOU do and we all know where you stand as far as console choice. 

I think you're projecting fella and I reckon you need to stop.

I tried to echo these sentiments, with regards to long term switch projections, and was met with fury.

The console wars continue to rage.

Why does it need to win? They can be third and still good sales.

Is it common for ranks to look different when looking on Amazon mobile versus Desktop? For example yearly on your OP had the PS4 Slim at #98. Where on the desktop version it's........break break break. Error has been corrected. It appears that the Mobil browser updates faster than desktop. Got it thanks.

It's bestselling, but only because the Switch is sold out already at BestBuy. If you change to the most popular list then you can see both Switch models leading the fray

As with Amazon, the PS4 would have been leading anyway. And what does the popular list mean? It shows the PS4 Pro above the PS4 Slim so clearly not sales related.
