Forums - Sony - Im no longer looking at Detroit early footage until launch

I think that’s probably a good idea. I’m in the same boat; I know I want the game. It’s probably better to not see anymore to avoid spoilers.

Truth, and its just so hard when they show clips with new characters. Its so tempting! After the Jesse Williams scene at E3 I was pumped, but PGW annoyed me to a degree. Its in the same vein with Mario showing all of the levels and Nintendo trying to reassure us like "We've got more levels, we promise". LOL

Same here. Ever since the first trailer. Certain games I know I'm going to buy, I avoid any and all information about. This is one of the special ones! I purposely haven't seen any info on it since the first reveal.

Thanks for making this thread. I have had a 14 min gameplay video just waiting for me to watch it on one of my tabs and i just never came around to it.

After reading this thread... i am not gonna watch it.

I watched the first trailer and then two scenes after that. I stopped watching after those. I'll wait till the price drops and I'll get the game then

No problem (thank you for the response and youur input), take in more time to enjoy it for yourself. Theres a real interesting trend thats been doing on where people can't just show trailers of the general synopsis (no different than the back of a novel). Once more, I believe Tell Tale are the masters of this.

I enjoyed Heavy Rain and Beyond so I was sold a long time ago and enjoyed all I've seen. I do agree due to the choice and narrative system I don't want to know too much as want choices I make to feel organic as opposed to using knowledge from E3 or Paris.

Thanks for the response, but since you said Beyond, I want to know what you thought of it. Because of all of the Tell Tale games being crammed in with all of my other games, beyond fell behind a little. Perhaps, I will bump that up. If you havent played it already, Until Dawn was great! Luckily, Sony didnt spoil that game. That game had such a layered gameplay style that kept you hooked on finding out how it all ends.

I love Until Dawn and actual really enjoyed the VR game for what it was. Want Supermassive to make a sequel or spirtual successor someday.

That pretty much became my usual stance since BotW. I've come to feel that the less I know of a game, the more surprised I'll have when I play it for real. So once I've been sold on a game, that's where I pretty much stop following any more on it.
