Forums - Gaming - Original FFX trailer.

Saw this being discussed in another thread and figured id bring it here because i thought it was pretty interesting imo. Shows that it once had online functionalities, more fluid animations, a moveable camera, and tidus with black hair ftw.  Also the song playing sounds epic, i wonder why it never made the cut to be in x?

For the sake of a good discussion about what could have been, bump.

That's odd.

It won't load for me.

IDK man, its working fine for me.

Well does anyone have a download link? I tried to see if I could find the video on IGN but all of their FFX links are dead. I tried to go to the original source (unseen64) but that's dead too. I also tried to watch it on leech sites but they said "video no longer available" upon trying to load it.

I want to see it but there seems to be powerful forces at work here to make sure it stays unseen.

Interesting.
Probably took out the more fluid animations cause PS2 hardware couldn't handle it.

Crusty VGchartz old timer who sporadically returns & posts. Let's debate nebulous shit and expand our perpectives. Or whatever.

The music played is from Final Fantasy VIII. The first song is the instrumental of Eyes on Me. The second is The Legendary Beast, which plays at the very end of the game.

I wonder how many people remember the early beta versions of FF games? FF9 was especially interesting. Early screenshots (which are sadly lost for the most part) showed that there was going to be a class-changing system...

Sky Render - Sanity is for the weak.

man all of that could have made FFX a decent game but bah they had to ruin it. Tidus is my most hated FF game character now.
