This is KT you're talking about; what did you expect?
No one is forcing you to buy it, at least you dont have to gamble for these costumes unlike in other games, and you can fap to some of them too.

It is 40$ in the PS, xbox online stores, and obviously alot cheaper if you look for a physical copy. There is also a free edition that gives you access to some charcaters and the multiplayer where you can purchase everything else.
