They put a actual dead body image, from a terrorist attack, inside a game.

A picture that doesnt belong to them, or wasnt granted use by them.

Its sick and probably also illegal.

It's actually fairly sick too if you think about it... chances are someone of that guys family members will play that game at some stage.... imagine if you were chilling out playing a video game as an escape from reality and you saw a picture of your dead uncle in the background or w/e, it's messed up on so many levels.

I hope they at least payed the original photographer his royalties and licensing fees. That photo is not unknown either, it has won awards.
