Of course it makes no sense to start WW3. But that's what rocket man and orange baffoon are doing.

Removing the so called 'orange buffoon' isn't an option at this point since it would mean disrespecting statewide democracy ...

It's not Trump's fault since he didn't intentially escalate the conflict. He was pressured by Japan when rocket man thought it was a great idea to launch a missile over foreign territory ...

The most realistic way to prevent WWIII with the least amount of bloodshed is that the US allows for China to do a hostile takeover North Korea and for South Korea to give up any territorial claims of the northern Korean peninsula at this point ... (I was somewhat surprised that China wasn't given any control over North Korean administration since North Korea only got so far thanks to it's ally who contributed far more lives in a war that's not even about themselves but that should be corrected now since the current regime in North Korea has outlived it's usefulness. If the US and South Korea know what's best for their own sake including the lives of Japan at stake then they'll let China annex North Korea instead of dreaming about reunification under NATO.)

You do know that China doesn't need the US' authorization to invade NK? If they wanted to, they could've done it. NK isn't an ally of the USA nor is it in Nato.

So, they clearly don't want to do that. Also, they are their communist buddies.

Actually they would unless they want to anger South Korea ... (China doesn't want to face sanctions since they have a net export of OVER $600B or worse, start WWIII plus China also still wants to acquire some more secrets from western technology and Trump just recently blocked the acqusition of Lattice Semiconductor by a chinese firm known as Canyon Bridge but semiconductors aren't the only things when they want to copy energy and biotechnology too. China was scared shitless of what sanctions did to Russia when they know they're more dependent on foreign trade than Russia.)

China isn't so buddy with North Korea anymore ...

I think closing companies and invading is a bit of a leap there. China does want NK to stop beeing dangerous to everyone, wich is sensible as it will only atract war to the region and have an economic cost.

If China wanted to invade it would be very easy. I don't even see why NATO would sanction them as they would be doing everyone a favor.

I honestly feel bad for you folks in the US.
At least our leaders here in Romania only seem set on leading us to absolute economical and social ruin, with Nuclear Winter quite outside their interests.

It's cause the US doesn't want China expanding their own territories and we can see this when the US is allowing Taiwan to purchase its weapons. The US also striked down chinese claims of sovereignty to the Senkaku Islands which was administered by the US after WWII then they later handed it over to Japan ...

China does not want sanctions so they do not put a leash on North Korea much like how they won't put a leash on Taiwan (and it's not even a UN member state!) but the US does not want China to expand it's territories either so North Korea retains it's independence. China also doesn't want reunification along the Korean peninsula since an aggressor state would get closer to them ...

If the US, South Korea or Japan want any relief the most former has to agree to it and the second most former has to give up any future claims to North Korea and acknowledge it as a new potential chinese province ... (It may be too late for South Korea's dream of reunification just like Germany's reunification but there's still time to prevent a new world war and take the option with the least amount of bloodshed)

The ideal scenario would indeed be reunification. Mainly for cultural and linguistic reasons. I would like to see that happen, but with Trump on the helm, i can only fear the consequences.

Also, i'm convinced he has already decided to attack. Many of us think Trump is often not serious, but he has proven time and again that he will try to follow through, no matter the cost to his country and people, much less others.

It's more so because of history than it is with Trump ...

I guess if people want reunification so much then it be lead by North Korea rather than South Korea ...

I'm not convinced, Trump hasn't stated any plans to attack ... (I guess he's going for the silent treatment instead of diplomacy)

Him attacking North Korea costs almost nothing for America but it will cost Japan and South Korea the most ...

You are 1 of the only people in this thread talking any sense, thank you.

As someone who doesn't live in America (Thank god), it's funny how similar they are to NK. They believe they are the best and think they can control other countries which are far more developed then there own.

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.

Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi
