Well, as a spiritual successor to ps vita the switch will get more and more visual novels over time.

Mebius and Shannon have announced Okuriinu, a new horror visual novel from Takiya Iijima coming to Switch via the Nintendo eShop in Japan in 2017.

The game is based on the 34-page short story of the same name by writer and game designer Takiya Iijima. The game will also feature new scenarios written by Iijima.

Great, the more visual novels the better.

Heck, maybe even force Capcom or Level 5 to change up their current franchise formulas and release Layton and Ace Attorney games on the Switch. I mean Ace Attorney doesn't even have an excuse since those games originally debuted on the GBA.
