On the Final Fantasy fangroups on Facebook Its usually IX and VII that poll the highest. Those are the real hardcore Final Fantasy fans, not people that play a title here and there like you would mostly be seeing.

Had a gander at the trophies. Why do the FF department of SquEnix put such rediculous trophies in their games. Very hard feats in some respects... here have a bronze.

The absolute madmans actually put a bronce throphy for beating the game but a golden trophy for jumping 1000 times that damn rope with Vivi. Can't wait for people to give up on the platinum, now. xP

Not all the time, and not for every GF. I specifically remember spamming Diablos whilst fighting Tonneberries in my hunt for King T, and getting reeeeal sick of seeing it.

Also: if they could put Chocobo World out as a mobile app and have it interact with the FF8 remaster, even better.

At least Square is continuing their tradition of grindy and/or difficult platinums here. The relative ease of platting 7 was a bit shocking TBH.

I would like it to be quite improved graphically before just getting a quick port. I saw the PC port and I would rather just replay PS1 version.

I know right. Looking at them most are just time sinks. The chocobo related one especially.

I'm passing on buying it regardless. I've got my PS1 copy and I can play that any time. Few unobtainable trophies won't change my mind. :P

Yes... I wouldn't pay 20 USD for this "upgraded" port, but would pay 60USD for the remade (only reddo the graphics to current standard, keep al the rest the same), also no episodes.
