Gta is third party and nintendo is limited to only its console. Thats what i mean. Gta5 sold what? 80mil across pcps3/ps4/x360/x1 and mkwii sold 35mil+ on just wii

 

Thats why i said they are the only ones but they are a 1st party conpany

Ok but did you read my post at all? Your standard for success on Switch is charting in top 10 selling games on the platform the month after release in NPD (North American market). However the same game did not chart in the top 10 selling games on PS4 or 3DS/Vita combined the month of its release on PS4 & Vita, much less the month after.

Also am I to take it that you will concede that Switch sales were satisfying to publishers as more games are announced for the system, or will you continue actively campaigning against multiplatform development?

The wii stuff, Pokemon, if you consider it to be Nintendo. Just do a blank search on VGChartz, and look at a couple of the top games.

Yeah, the closest they have is less than half GTAV's sales. And that was during the casual era which they weren't able to re-capture with the WiiU or 3DS. The closest is a Pokemon game pair at roughly 16M.

With another win in the bag for the switch it looks like the ps4 has maxed out it potential user base and will see a steady decline from here on out. Might see a small spike during the holidays with the help of misleading third party partnerships but only for a month or two. The xbox one x will breath new life into the xbox one family so things are looking bright for both Nintendo and Xbox gamers.

PS4 is still up YOY so far... so yes it's probably close to decline, but not really certainly on the decline portion yet.

Also you are still to prove that X1X will have any real long term effect. And you have been challenged to douzen of times already.
