I would like a classic PM with changes like BotW does with the Zelda formula

Oh I didnt mean Big Budget in the sense of BOTW budget size, just that they make a great game through to the end and hold nothing back if the vision demands it.

But at this point, I think it would be better just rebooting the entire franchise.If they started with Golden Sun 4, for what would be a shot at trying to revive the franchise, with a series as story heavy as Golden Sun, and a fanbase that has surely dwindled over the years, I think it would be releasing it for its doom.Take Golden Sun 1 and 2 story, improve and expand upon it, and release the rebooted Golden Sun.

Also I think it would be awesome if they took the FF X battle system and implemented it on the game, with maybe a touch of Chrono Trigger on it(The part where you could mix and match abilities between charachters).Could be the breath of fresh air the series needs.

Who the heck would think that? Might as well say Amiibo Festival is a proper Animal Crossing.

Fire Emblem Wars

If revving the advance wars series is too high risk/not worth the effort /would it even sell nowadays/we have fire emblem now let’s just make another one of those or some other shit I don’t care about.

Fire emblem wars.  Yeah you heard me, fire emblem warriors isn’t the only franchise that a fire emblem crossover can work with. It would essentially be advance wars set in a fire emblem story but with more mechanics like maybe how the player is usually the tactician in these games, your now the co( my co?) and like how the enemy can exclusively  recruit units from castles and have random renifocnmets appearing from the sides of the map. Well now the player can recruit from castles/gain funds from villages too.

“Oh but Cleggers what about all the RPG mec” let me stop you there I’ve thought a bit about that too, now comrades that you usually level up are now officers a special sort of unit that are deployed at the start of battle sometimes with story related restrictions like regular. They can die, level up, promote, you can buy weapons and equip them before battle like regular…

The indoor battles would be act as predeployed maps where you get some regular units alongside your comrades but you can only change your comrades formation’s while outdoor maps would be similar to advance wars maps with bases to deploy units etc.…

Oh and something something two to four player multiplayer as well.

Honestly the more I think about this, the more I think it could really mix things up for both series

Pokémon Mystery Rumble

A crossover of mystery dungeon and rumble, it would take the rogue like and RPG mechanics of mystery dungeon and fuse them with the real time beat em up elements and multiplayer of rumble but this time with both on offline multiplayer.

Smash Bros Furious Five (this time with playable rayman)

Need I say more? Oh and feel free to take your time. If this launches at the back end of the switch’s life that’s fine so long as it’s packed with content, I mean we’ve already got like Mainline Zelda/ Pokémon/ Kirby, 3d Mario xenoblade 2, Splatoon 2, Metroid 4, fire emblem and new shit like arms in what looks too be the first two years or so.

Basically

All the big and small Nintendo IP we don’t have coming i.e. Star Fox, F-Zero,kid Icarus, Mother, Art Academy, Sports and stuff, Mario does Dallas etc.

These Hd remakes would be perfect for the switch and I’m sure it can run 3 as well with some downgrades.

Its smaller handheld games like this combined with the larger home console stuff that will hopefully make the switch one of the best consoles ever.

The World Ends with you sequel

Loved this on ds and think it’s been long enough that we could use a sequel.

Life is Strange series, Persona series, marvel vs Capcom infinity, Final Fantasy Dissidia, Tekken Tag Tournament 3, Soulcalibur something or other

Honestly if Nintendo splash some cash, the switch could do insanely well. I mean it’s already had a great launch but if Nintendo go after some of these games that people are listing here and bring them to fruition. Man I feel good just thinking about it.

The moment I saw 1-2 Switch I thought to myself "Why the hell didn't they just make a Wario game?" lol

Seriously, they seemed to be trying to capture a sort of manic, fun, party atmosphere with the 1-2 Switch (definitely fell short), and what series is more perfect for that and for motion controls than Warioware? It's so obvious that it actually irritates me that Nintendo didn't see it.

Otherwise, until they actually make an F Zero I'd recommend just playing Fast RMX muted while playing F Zero music in the background.

*Edit* This one really should have come out on the Wii U (the only game I thought was perfect for it), but I think another Pokemon Snap would be neat, as if it's still essentially a rail-shooter with puzzles (akin to the minecart portions of Captain Toad) the gyro controls in handheld mode would be perfect for it. Heck, with the improved technology they might actually just be able to make a few large, three dimensional environments you can walk around in looking for the best pictures. Of course, they could also maybe just include this feature in their upcoming Pokemon game lol

Otherwise... the Switch desperately needs a Mario Maker game, perhaps with a packed-in Stylus to make level design on the touchscreen easier. I've no doubt that another Smash (improved port or sequel, the former being more likely) is coming...

Really, if theirs one "out of left field" game I'd love to see, it would be another Nintendo-SquareEnix collab for a proper Super mario RPG sequel. Kingdom Hearts (though I don't care for that franchise) has showed how well collabs and crossovers can work, and everyone who has played Super Mario RPG has loved it; that's one type of game we really don't get from Nintendo, and with how drastic and successful a departure from the norm Mario + Rabbids is, I hope that motivates them to do more such projects.

As for third party... They should throw whatever money they have to at Blizzard to get Overwatch ported over to the Switch. Unlike many of the top competitive games, Overwatch sports Blizzard's typical, masterful optimization to allow lower specs to run it, and a port is definitely feasible. I'm only a moderate fan of the series, but it would be a big boost for the system, especially if they allow for cross-console play (which seems likely).

Yeah, proper high quality Paper Mario would be a dream come true.

Earthbound with Mario Odyssey Engine huh? Never even considered that. A new Earthbound is unlikely to ever happen, but would definitely love it.

I'd definitely love Mario Football 3 and would be an amazing fir for Switch.

A FPS exclusive. Give High Voltage another chance to make Conduit 3, I really enjoyed those games.

We may not know of an Advanced Wars in development but we have Tiny Metal and War Grove coming. Can't wait for those.
