Both Spyro & Crash Bandicoot have gone wayyy downhill. However,I have to say that I did not like Crash III but did fully enjoy Twinsanity.I found A Hero's Tail somewhat better than the other ones after III,but now with the GoW inspired concept it even more horrible now.

Pac-Man World I was great,II was awesome and III was just fine.Unless IV{if there will even be one}goes back to II quality then I'm afraid the series will go downhill.

Final Fantasy has been going downhill as well for me from XI and on.XI really got out of the series roots,XII did not get me hooked enough and I do not have high hopes for XIII.

EDIT:Forgot to mention X-2 of course. That thing was horrible when compared to the previous installments.

They raped the shit out of Joanna Dark, sat down this weekend with that game and was shocked at how bad that game was.

Mega Man anyone? Capcom has seriously run that series into the ground. There is just too many games going in too many directions. Mario and Zelda have spin-offs, but they still have the "main" series. Mega Man doesn't(really) even have that now.

Megaman ZX advance was pretty good :).

 Don't you mean Advent? :P

Yeah, ZX Advent is pretty good, it stood away from being just a huge saber-focused action game. *cough* Unlike ZX and the Zero games, not that they were bad or anything. Just didn't feel Mega Man to me *cough*

Ultima, Everquest, Battlefield are all games that I loved but were destroyed by poor management.

you are talking about sales Words of Wisdom

i'm talking about how good the games were and now are

True enough.  I only played the first two in each series so I can't really judge the later quality on them.

I am going to be honest. After the wind waker I have lost all interest in the zelda series. I tried to get into the twiglight princess but I felt like the whole time i was forcing myself to like it. I got up to the sand temple, beat it and said to hell with it. My loss I guess because out of all of my friends who have played the TP said they love it and dont know what the hell is wrong with me.

Nah, your friends are the chumps. TP is probaby the worst Zelda game I've played. Sure it had visuals, but it was so god damn lackluster and disappointing.

The only people I can imagine likely TP are those who played it as their first 3D Zelda game.

Wind Waker was VERY refreshing imo. I absolutely loved it.

So people like me, who loved TP are chumps, and are on their first Zelda game?

Look who's wrong.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

WipeOut. WipeOut 3 and WipeOut 64 ruled, but ever since WipeOut Fusion for the PS2 the franchise sucked (probably because of different developers).
