And you think that somehow said groups would be less in number if they were allowed to talk around and do as they pleased unopposed. 

That's fine if you believe that. To me that's just not the planet we're living on, it's a nice ideal to have though.

the transhumanism idea that through our technology we'll eventually dismiss with all of the limitations of human beings is a silly idea to me but regardless transhumanism will not deal with the problem of differing ideas causing conflict between people

Right. You can't just sit back and let the hate eclipse you. That's what they're counting on. They've taken to every form of social media to embolden themselves, and it's only going to get worse. The whole idea of the farthest right in this country is to turn back the clock on civil rights and push for a generation of extremists. Apparently, words aren't going to be good enough for them soon. It's going to have to be pushed back against by any means necessary.  

We're headed there regardless. Look at things like CRISPR technology is today and where that will be in 100 years time. Doesn't take a genius to see where that's going. 

It doesn't deal with conflict, no, conflict is inate to humans, but it will eventually likely destroy the existing concept of race that we've allowed ourselves to be so defined by. When children basically all have traits that are selected by their parents in the same way you choose toppings on a pizza today, it kinda just renders the whole stupid arguement moot.

the point is that it can be managed to a degree only with dialogue because dialogue is how people structure their ability to think and conceptualise things

calling people evil and shutting them out from dialogue does nothing to aid the problem
