Forums - Gaming - Has a game ever helped you through a crisis?

Oh yes, games like FF8, Silent Hill and Resident Evil 2 where pretty much the only good part of my teenager years.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Perhaps there was a time and I've simply forgotten it, but for the most part not really.I haven't been "well" for a long time now so as a whole I've spent much less time playing video games or being productive. I'm simply not as passoniate about it as I would like to believe I am. I want to be, but it's hard to start up a game and immerse yourself in it, let alone finish it.

I did play a lot of Dark Souls in late 2013, but that was just cause the game was fun and I had nothing better to do.

Can't say I have had that type of experiences but I always go to games whenever I'm anxious or nervous about upcoming things. Just a great way to forget everything and everyone for a few hours.
