I also agree pretty much everything on the 3DS (and other systems) from Atlus has been good to great. Among the SMT games I highly recommend both Devil Survivor games. Both are remakes but excellent games with increased visuals and great sound.
It's battles play like a mix of strategy RPG maps where skirmishes are done in RPG battles.
