Aside from Wal-Mart and Toys R Us, all other major retail outlets are under contract to NPD. I'm quite certain he doesn't limit his retail sampling to just those two retailers.


 Well NPD tracks from 40% of the market so there is 60% left where ioi can track from.

Wall -mart and Toys R US are probably not 60% I guess.
