Final Fantasy 6, followed by Witcher 3. If not for Chrono Trigger FF6 would be the greatest JRPG of all time, and Witcher 3 is the best Western RPG (maybe besides for Mass Effect).

Never cared much for ALTTP.

I actually think FF6 is better than Chrono Trigger. Both are great, but I think that FF6 has much more content and is longer, unless you try for all of Chrono Trigger's endings.

you never put persona 4 just because have demons or something like that lol, persona 4 best game of all time.

Even though A Link to the Past means a lot to me personally as it had a big hand in who I am today, but I have got to give this to Super Metroid. Superb game, though it's not the Metroid game I like best, that'd be Fusion.

That's not why. I wouldn't having put in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night if that was the case. I would also never play Grand Theft Auto 5, but I put it in my first poll. I didn't put in a Persona game because Persona games are kind of niche. I don't think any of them would have a chance of winning. I only put in Bloodborne because it was requested more than once. Maybe next poll contest though!

Man this was a really touch choice between Dark Souls and Super Metroid. Both games are fantastic to this day. Both were sequels that launched their respective genres into the stratosphere. Metroidvania and Souls-like weren't very well known until these games came out.

FFVI and ALttP are also legends.

I had to lol at Fable, Streets of Rage, and Pac Man being choices. Maybe Pac Man should be on the list, but I'm not sure. Pac Man just isn't fun after 30 years. It's like putting Super Mario Galaxy and Pitfall in the same poll. One was good for it's time but is now drastically outdated. The other one is a classic that redefined it's own genre.

I wanted to put in some true classics this time. Pac-Man put video games on the map and Streets of Rage is probably the best side scrolling "beat em up" ever made.

That title belongs to River City Ransom. It has three times as many moves as Streets of Rage. It also has an RPG like leveling system that involves eating food and farming money.

My favourite would be Final Fight. 1-3 are all great games.

I had to go with FF6, while I do love Link to the Past, I enjoy playing FF6 around as much, and it's about 4X longer.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

I was just telling someone earlier about FF6 having more content than Zelda.

Maybe so, but with primitive graphics, I doubt it compares.

I played through Final Fight 1 and 2. Part one was very good. Part two was OK. Streets of Rage takes it to the next level though! Have you played Streets of Rage 2? If not, get it. You may change your mind. All of the SoR games are fun, but 2 is the best.

Simply having more content or being longer doesn't make a game better. One of the things that makes Chrono Trigger better than other JRPGs is that it trims away the fat and is better paced. There's an excitement and an energy to the game that even many action games lack. Once a game reaches 15-20 hours the total really doesn't matter that much anymore. I feel FF6 and Super Metroid are better than ALLTP not because they are longer or have more content (Super Metroid in fact isn't and doesn't), but because I feel the atmosphere, characters, and story are better, and because I have a few issues with ALLTP's gameplay.
