Still has Nomura's art style. KH combat system. So I won't go near it.

Please don't associate me with a man who is a known racist and bigot. I don't have to like a game to think it would be a good thing for a system. More 3rd party is a good thing. I have no interest in Soccer but Fifa on Switch is a good thing. Same with WWE2k18/NBA2k18.

Speaking frankly, you dont like Nomura art style and KH combat?Both are fantastic in my opinion.What aspect of them you dont like?

Portability alone would make it the version I buy.

Hope it stays ps/xbox only, I can't enjoy the game as much if I know it's also coming to Nintendo  :^)

For Nomura. Sora with his clown shoes stupid hair and Nomura often over designed things to the point the detail is lost in the ...details. He has an obsession with belts and zippers. He thinks it's 1998 Hot Topic making everything wear black. He purposefully makes main characters clothing off balance. As for combat I like depth for a combat system Action or Turn based and he offers neither in both. Holding a button down is not fun to me. Also I just gave up on KH because he turned a simple idea into a convoluted mess. I honestly can't stand anything about Nomura and miss Square Enix. The only thing I will give him is The World Ends With You. I love that game.

Personally I don't care. I don't have any attachment to Disney as I didn't grow up with them. Also I don't believe any final fantasy characters from before 7 are in kingdom hearts 3 . (At least not many) . So in the content department I do not care about the game. However I am pretty sure someone will like it so I hope it gets put on the Switch.

Also they should port the 1st two games just to test sales. Also don't Disney and Nintendo fans overlap a lot? There is like no reason not to do financially speaking.

I wouldn't bet on it happening but I think its possible. Still, they would have to release ports of the HD collections first before getting 3 on Switch. These HD collections are just enhanced ports of the original HD collections (not counting 2.8) so I don't know why Square isn't even putting a thought into porting those on the Switch or even Xbox One. I mean, some of the spin-offs were on Nintendo consoles so that shouldn't hold Square back from porting those games onto the Switch. Is it gonna be that expensive to port onto the Switch when you've already made your share needed on PS4, PS3, etc.?

Anyways I agree that the combat is pretty lacking. I'm basing this off the first Kingdom Hearts on ps2 which is the only one I had. There were like 3 different varieties of enemies and the battles were just mashing the attack button with no strategy or anything. Overall I loved the game in terms of story and everything, but the combat got old very quickly. Assuming the rest of the games have been the same I won't be picking this up for the Switch if it comes out, though if the combat is way more interesting and they have more than just a couple different enemies then it would be a must buy for me.

And it would be a huge grab for Switch to get Kingdom Hearts so I hope it does come.
