That is not the same as revenue, BD has 10% of top 20 unit volume, and 7% of total revenue.
It does not say revenue is for top 20 only. It says "consumers spent $XX on DVDs/BDs for the week".
The "*" is only placed after the unit pie chart, not the revenue figures.
It's really simple math, if revenue was for top 20 only then BD revenue market share would be higher than it's unit market share, but it's actually less. This can only mean that revenue covers more than the top 20.
