"Killzone Shadow Fall"

Didn't someone say ps4 exclusives will not be on psnow until next gen?

Someone probably said it, but i think the general consensus was just that people would have a long wait for each title. I personally think that wait period is however long it takes for Sony to feel a specific title is doing nothing to make people buy a PS4.

Hmm, so I guess they went with Sign instead of Revelator Ver. 2, or even just Ver. 1.

Has anyone here actually tried PS Now? Is it really worth not having the actual console?

I did back in March via a free Beta they were having in Europe, quality was quite bad and not something I'd pay for, especially at €16,99 a month which is quite steep.

It would be nice if you could download PSNOW PS4 games onto your PS4 to play natively, there's not really any reason to not make this an option.

This x100.

So this is on PC too?

Isn't signing up to PS Now like agreeing to always online?

There were also many who said they would come.  GribbleGrunger comes to mind.

You'll always find people with all sorts of opinions so there's always those who are right and wrong.

I mean they already have PS+ games that require an active subscription to play, so it should be pretty simple to do the exact same thing with PSNOW games.

On another note it seems PSNOW games can be played multiplayer without the need for a PS+ subscription as well.

"competitive online multiplayer (which btw comes at no extra cost with PS Now being powered by PS Plus). "

Now that's awesome. Not needing a Plus to play online on PS Now. I guess folks found a loophole for not paying for Plus.

I'm writing Sony as we speak about the PS Now and the quality of streaming. I'm politely asking them to observe how Xbox is doing with Game Pass and do something similar. Put PS1 games on there and add trophy support....and for the love of maple bacon donuts PLEASE rethink the pricing model.

Have you checked the game pass games for this month? It's not good. PS+ is way better.

Not really o.o. It may be an always online service, but thats because it is a service that REQUIRES internet. The different between this and a game having always online are imo different. The biggest thing here is you don't need to have PSnow to get enjoyment out of Ps4.

That being said, I personally haven't found the service to be good. I found it very pixelated even with a 50 down 50 upload connection. Additionally the library might be expansive, but nothing really interests me. I was hoping they'd add ps1 + 2 games, if that ever were to happen i'd susbcribe in a heart beat.

PSn - greencactaur
Nintendo Switch FC - SW - 5152 - 6393 - 5140 Please feel free to add me :)

So far the only exclusive is Killzone Shadowfall, but that isn't exactly top shelf material, at a whopping 73/100 on Opencritic.

Hopefully Sony has the common sense to keep the heavy hitters like Horizon, Bloodborne, Nioh, and Uncharted 4 off PS Now. Wait until the PS5 gets released and then put all those games on PS Now.

Honestly, I really don't like the idea of paying $10 a month for PSN and $15 a month for PS Now just to play games. But that's probably where this will be headed. Game ownership will be replaced with paying $25 a month for a streaming service. This sort of thing already happened with 3DS Max, and Photoshop. It used to be that you payed around $3,000 for a 3DS Max license that you owned forever. Now they want you paying $240 a month for all eternity. Photoshop used to be $500, with a bunch of other Adobe stuff included. Now that same package is $50 a month, and all your stuff is held hostage on "the cloud".
