But yeah, it looks like the numbers used in these infographics are directly pulled from the French Xbox One Wikipedia page, which in turn claims they're from here (although they don't match up). Both the Xbox One sold numbers and Black Ops 3 being the best selling Xbox One game with 11.3mil copies sold matches up with the Wikipedia page.

Yeah this makes it seem less likely to be true.

Thats the point, some crazy xbox fan probably editted that Wiki page to say 36.2m, and claim VGZs as the source even thogh we dont have it at that.

First off all, too many things give glaring hints to how fake this is.

-Xbox-anywhere.com is NOT an official site

-They get their data from "Microsoft House of Fans", which is just a facebook fan site

-House of Fans simply pulled from a wiki entry that sources this very site, VGchartz.

And on a side note, how can they source vgchartz and not even MATCH vgchartz numbers? Amateur fake news creation right there lol
