We still don't know what Suker Punch is doing for example. And Sony had a bunch of games already anounced it would've been a mistake to anounce even more. Now we know GoW and Spidy are coming early next year and Days Gone probably won't take too long either so itd be OK to anounce more games later this year. Theres probably a Gran Turismo in development too.
I tought Sony shouldve shown some NiNoKuni 2 on their presentation tough, the games comes out later this year, wouldve been a godd idea to havea nice 5 min or so gameplay demo on the show.

They did show it in the pre show, with Gran Turismo, Knack 2, Crash, Undertale, Tropico 6, Superhot VR...

Hm, is it possible that Sony didn't know Ni No Kuni was going to be revealed at the time they were preparing their presentation? Ni No Kuni isn't first party or anything, right?

I duno how these things work, but I think that is unlikely considering Ni No Kuni 2 is console exclusive and Sony had it front and center on its PSX last year, I believe Level5 and sony ahs some sort of deal and Level 5 would want to keep Sony informed, but as I said I duno.
Another thing, will Detroit ever get a release date, that game pops up on E3 every year for like 3 years now...

Announcements should be staggered over the year, and only 6-9 months before release. Tired of hearing about a game and waitng 2 years before release.
