Your argument would be more powerful if me and Montana hadn't played halo 3 together, and somehow I managed to get 10000 posts in nine months, and another five thousand in a year, and another thousand or two also (Leo-j has admitted he was Zackblue).

You my enemy, are fail.

On the contrary, everyone currently in this thread is full of WIN!!!

I've been laughing for like 5 minutes.

Your logic is completely flawed on this one.

Anything is possible, It's possible for Microsoft to get out of console business, it's possible for Nintendo to give up console business and focus on Software. Heck, it's even possible for any of us to get run over by cars tomorrow.

TO say that "oh, it's not impossible..' is completely pointless, when the likelyhood of it happening is less than 0.1%

I don't get your post. You say anything is possible but then you say MHF3 on the DS is impossible and really ha less than 0.1% chance of happening when that is not true. A bit contradicting?

Btw, you said "it's possible for Nintendo to give up console business and focus on Software." Nintendo said if they dropped out of makign hardware they'd not make any more software.

He's saying that anything is possible, but it's not worth discussing/mentioning things that have a low probability of occurring, like the examples he put in. There's nothing contradictory in his statement.

I don't think it'll come to the DS, especially since the sales of the games are so fantastic. The ONLY way I can see the games go to the DS is if they sell like most other PSP software, and Capcom begins to lose money on the franchise.

I'm sure this is just more of the same jibba jabba, but MH already has an established fanbase on PSP. a HUGE fanbase full of money. No chance that it is going to be a Monster Hunter on DS unless it has some special communication options with the Wii version.

I actually think that in Japan, alot of the PSP owners have a DS as well. And really, they would rather have it on their PSP, where they're getting the better visuals and greater content as well. I just think that MHF3 on the DS will be a gimped down version. Which will put the fans off a bit.

if they do have a MH game on the DS I'd bet it would be an entirely different franchise...pissing off an installed user base on a system is bad, see devil may cry fans for that...

Hey if DQ can go from the PS2 to the DS, there's no reason Monster Hunter can't make a similar leap. That's just my opinion though. I think as long as the PSP versions sell well, they'll see little reason to affect those, but the PS3 did offer considerable concern for Monster Hunter's success so there was clear incentive to move it.
