Forums - Gaming - September on the 360... Not fair!

I just looked at this for the September schedule (and late August):

8/21 - Bioshock
9/3 - Mass Effect
9/11 - Eternal Sonata
9/25 - Halo
9/25 - Assassin's Creed

Five weeks of hell. No freakin' way will my wife let me buy that many games in a five week period.

I think September's sale of software for all platforms will be on the Christmas level.

 BTW don't forget about GTA4.

GTAIV is mid October still, right? This fall is a serious gamers time. And isn't Blue Dragon in August or September for NA?

Which, thank God, doesn't come out until later in October or November. I might not be able to pick up a few of those games until 2008. That sucks.

Blue Dragon is listed as "August 2007" for NA.

I'm really hoping for "early August" on that one.

What's Sony got lined up? Off the top of my head, I can think of Assassin's Creed and Heavenly Sword. Anything else?

BD is August 28th. Did you know that for the US release, we get a bonus uber-dungeon or two for the end of the game? Sweet! IMO, MS is REALLY packing that list real big. Could that hint at a major price drop right before Bioshock? It certainly would deliver major sales in the US for all of those games. GTAIV is October 31st or something like that. Certainly enough time for me to recoup my costs of the 3 games you listed that Im buying. Sony and Nintendo have good releases, but nowhere near the consistency of the fact that each of those games will get an average score of 85% or more. I'm estimating: Bioshock - 85.7% Blue Dragon - 89.5% Mass Effect - 93.1% (RPG of the Year) Eternal Sonata - 87.5% Halo 3 - 94.5% (runner up GOTY next to GTAIV)

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

Well, I would say that the lineup for Sony and Nintendo is pretty good for their end of the first year, while Microsoft has been working on these for 2 years. Compared year to year, Sony and Nintendo's line up seems better than Microsoft's line up in the same time period. Either way, this line up for 2007 is one of the BEST in the history of the Industry. I would like to see someone give me a better line up.

Halo 3 - 94.5% (runner up GOTY next to GTAIV) And who will get game of the year? Maybe you could create a prediction league topic for that XD
