Maybe want stay Wii U exclusive, but it will stay Nintendo exclusive in any case, if Nintendo wants it could be ported to Switch.

Sega could make a deal. Bayo 3 timed exclusive for Switch in exchange for Nintendo allowing to release Bayo 2 on Steam and PS4. The Switch has a huge need for games, they barely exist. And Sega needs the quick and easy money from a Bayo 2 release.
