Agreed. It is an absolute fact that any competing hardware will have a negative fact on their business. It may not be much of one. But, at the margin, there will be fewer PS4s and fewer games sold. The same goes for MS, both ways.

Nintendo isn't in a direct competition with Sony/ Microsoft, that's been the case for a while, I play on both, but I know that with every release switch gets, I forget about Ps4 even more, this was the case last generation and it still goes on
My 3DS is still having games I want to play also, cos Nintendo decided not to kill it until now

I was on PC some months ago. I have decided to take a PS4 Slim because of the games I can't have on PC and the price. People here has gave the good answer : I don't need a Scorpio, too expensive, no exclusive.
