18 of the top 20 on amazon Germany are Playstation.  They have cut the price of ps4 to €220. I believe a retailer in Germany is selling it for €186. €199 official price should come this year and I have no doubt they can hit €149 in 2018. By 2019/2020 we could be looking at a €99 super slim. Sony have been genius this gen.
