Oh, forgot to seperate total sales with steam sales. So perhaps 1,2 million sales on the PS4. Thats means only 2% sales on the PS4 platform. I expect most of those sales are in Japan.

Yeah.  if only 2% of ps4 players bought this it just further highlights how us Playstation gamers have a massive selection of games to choose from. Total software sales are closing in on half a billion with an install base of 60m. 

 

No other console from this gen will be able to claim software sales of over a billion but I've a funny feeling the ps4 will. Incredible stats.

I plan on buying it at some point. Played the demo and loved it, but there is no point getting it now and playing it a year later when it'll be much cheaper. It only makes sense (to me) if the game is not a huge success and the developers actually need the money. So far it seems to be doing well. I'm happy that after a series of underperforming games, they finally get the recognition (and success) they deserve.
