GTA4 does not look bad. People are only bringing up comparisons to games that are amazing graphically, like Gears of War.

At least it's about 1000x better than the PS2 games. Besides, who plays GTA for the graphics?

slightly older pixar movie, perhaps . The Ingame cutscenes would have needed a render-park not long ago.

And even the actual game graphic looks better than Toystory anytime.

I think its sad that we cannot appreciate how far game graphics have come. (And I didn't realize just how detailled R&C graphics were until I saw the boss enemy screenshot just now. I really think that would have been nice cinema graphic not long ago. I should sit closer to my TV.

i did not say this game was crap just that i was not impressed with the graphics. If this game was not gta, people would be saying the same thing

Graphics look okay to me, PS3 version will probably have the best graphics just ahead of the 360 version, watch trailers in HD they look sweet!

Well..They are good. but compared to Alan Wake or Heavy rain..it loses.

But doesn`t even matter..

 I agree with you there.  I think it looks detailed and shiny enough...it will definitely be great in the big scope of the whole game.  But the framerate has been terrible in every video, and I heard that was a problem a few months ago...I sure hope that gets fixed.
