Yes. And the amount of content requiring an install would only have been like 25gb!!!! AWESOME!!!

uncharted is a 25gb game, and it doesnt require an install, nor does it have load screens.

People need to compare GTA4 graphics to GTA3 graphics, Thats when you will see a major difference...Simple as that
hm......the improvement from San Andreas game is huge

If uncharted was as big as GTA4 and didn't require an install then you'd be right. However uncharted is a small game. I'm sorry but uncharted and GTA aren't comparable.
| rocketpig said: The size of the GTA environments alone make a comparison to a game like Uncharted or Gears of War impossible. And that's not even mentioning budgetary restraints and developmental time restrictions. Personally, I think the game looks pretty damned good for what it is. Definitely a step up from GTAIII compared to the other PS2 games releasing at the time. |
| Username2324 said: You cannot expect top of the line graphics on a game as massive as GTA, simply because the game is so huge and there are NO LOAD TIMES. I mean if you wanted Gears of War graphics, you'd have to have a 30 second load time for every street, doesn't make a cop chase too exciting does it? If you want an open world with no load times and the size of a GTA game, it's not going to be top of the line visually. End of discussion. |

Graphics are not everything, warhawks graphics are just ok but i still really like that game. The game may still be great, but some junky graphics for such a high profile game. i think the wii could even play the game...i kid i kid |
The graphics aren't the greatest but junky? Really? How about you go look at an actual HD trailer on Gametrailers intsead of judging the game based on the crappy GameStop ad for the game that's running on TV right now.

Only because they were shit also, much worse looking compared to other games of the time.
-UBISOFT BOYCOTT!-
I'm just going to wait until I actually see the game in action in HD before passing judgement on the graphics. Generally I don't care about graphics, apart from GT 5, where they are just ridiculously good

I agree100%. I got a question though. Will it have sections of the city where there are load times, like san andreas, and vice city, most of the time when you cross a bridge, or will it all be load free. |
There were no load times outside in GTA:SA.

You are out of your mind if you think any wii game even comes near the level of graphics of GTA4.
GTA4 has among the best graphics of any game i have seen.
