Ike is my favorite character. He's overpowered, imo, and he's the strongest of the "slow" characters.

The main reason, is I'm a Fire Emblem fanboy, and Ike is my favorite character from that series, and I'm glad to see him immortalized in Nintendo lore by being in one of their biggest games of all time.

 DeDeDe is stronger, and even slower.

Yeah, He looks like a scary mercenary who carries a gigantic sword.
I would assume he would say something badass when he wins. ^_^
Plus the way he says the line sounds weird, in a dorky way.
I should really pick up Fire Emblem.

Ehh, that's not going to work. Have you ever ran into Marth's edge counters? If you're up against my Marth with Ike, you're not getting back on the ledge no matter what. Most of the time you can just dodge it, though.

Ike is not "slow" if you've played any of the Fire Emblem games with him in it you will see that his speed is at max level

On Topic: Ike is one of those characters that is easy to use but difficult to master. In other words. He dangerious no matter who uses him. Use extreme caution when fighting Ike

 I used to be great against Ike with Fox.  Now I just suck with Fox.  Whenever I use him I can never seem to pull of his smash attacks.
