I see no mayor differences to be honest (in reality i see no differences at all but hey im sure im probably missing something).

So ps4 can run Switch quality games in VR!

They look almost the exact same to me!

there are some difference?? look identical to me.

34 years playing games.

Looks a very trippy game but I don't think we should expect to see significant differences unless its a game that pushes hardware. This looks like something that could be achieved on weaker hardware than both ps4 and Switch. If you have a game that ps4 can only just achieve at a decent frame rate and resolution then see how a Switch version compares which would likely sacrifice detail, resolution, frame rate etc. The Switch is going to be powerful enough for most games especially indie games.

The upcoming payday and skyrim games will be logical games to compare.

updated to digitalfoundry video with fps tests.

Looks like a good port, and it's great that more people are getting to play Thumper.

For me though, I've played it in VR, and I can't go back now. Night and Day experience.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Good port.
Switch seems to run & look almost exactly like the PS4 (minor graphics differnces, due to missing effects).

Ps4 version looks sharper and has better contrast, wich is why I was able to peg it on the original videos thumbnail, but other than that it looks the same.

It's really nothing you'd notice unless you had a side by side and I'm not sure if the contrast couldn't also be related to capture settings or something else external.
