Looks a very trippy game but I don't think we should expect to see significant differences unless its a game that pushes hardware. This looks like something that could be achieved on weaker hardware than both ps4 and Switch. If you have a game that ps4 can only just achieve at a decent frame rate and resolution then see how a Switch version compares which would likely sacrifice detail, resolution, frame rate etc. The Switch is going to be powerful enough for most games especially indie games.
The upcoming payday and skyrim games will be logical games to compare.
