It's from the ARMS/Splatoon 2 direct.
I guess it's a cool collector's item, but it doesn't look all that interesting to me. I wonder if they'll make a bundle with that and the game, though, because maybe I'd bite if they did that!
There's a Splatoon 2 hardware bundle, too.
