[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

Around the Network

Ugh, I might have to buy Rayman Legends again... it was so damn good on the Wii U and man would that be fun to play in handheld mode.

Why is everyone so down on the Mario/Rabbids crossover? Was Rabbids a bad franchise or something? Never played 'em.

I'm rather excited to see what it is myself.

Not completely, I played plenty of them on the Wii, the first 3 games were good party games imo, everything after TV Party for me was terrible, lacking in content or just plain bland, too many games and not enough quality.

Also gotta take in account that a rabbit that just screams "BUUUUUUUUUUAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" may not be everyone's cup of tea

I think they also got some bad rep cause of the Rayman name on the first games, being put into these party games and not getting a platformer till Origins.

The Rabbids are annoying 1-note characters (literally all they do is scream), their games are mediocre to bad, and they ruined Rayman for a time, while recent Mario RPGs have been mediocre to bad. Combining the two just reeks of potential awfulness, but of course the game should not be written off before it's revealed.
