Sony PR: Scott Steinberg claims PS3 has knocked out 360 in article.

ok...i have one question first and this is to the fanboys or just simple ps3 owners. when reading something like that..does it make you feel good about the ps3? reading about how cocky they are and how they "think" and "think and "think" the ps3 is the greatest. does that make you really feel that its the greatest and that its everything the guy in the article said it was? because me personally have a very skeptical attitude towards these guys trying to sell me stuff. it could be Microsoft sony or nintendo. they make everything sound so good..........like fan boys.

do you really think the 360 is knocked out and used up all their big games too early? i mean is that even a legit argument? knowing sequels will come from the most successful games. bioshock 2, halo wars, masseffect trilogy, etc etc.... gears of war 2 alone is enough to cause sony trouble in the future. ... (well not really, it will only cause irritation to the sony fanboys, along with the shit storm the press will cook up trying to sensationalize the so called console war)

To say that Microsoft has "thrown all it's punches" is ridiculous and Scott Steinberg knows it. Microsoft's 2008 line-up matches Sony's at the very least. Not to mention the fact they have much more leverage in the USA to make a price drop, and probably equivalent leverage to make a price drop in the EU.

How stupid is it to make a claim that the PS3 will kill off the 360.

Gamepro are idiots. So biased I bet Sony pays Gamepro to write articles that paint Sony in a good light.

Microsoft could of won the console war if that was their goal, they have unlimted amounts of money. They just want to stop Sony from becoming too strong in the living room.

so why they didn't drop the Xbox360 price further in Xmas 2007 to completely counter Sony in PAL ????????????

It wasn't a Gamepro editor that said the PS3 has knocked out the 360 it was Sony marketing VP Scott Steinberg who during an interview with Gamepro said: "Our competition has already leveraged all their big assets, and may have punched themselves out of the fight...".

Oh and people should stop making misleading headlines and claims attributed to other websites.  It's almost always thinly veiled trolling and should be considered ban worthy.

Sorry Legend but I saw the article on Gamepro and straight away I thought hey this is bullshit that they could post such garbage.
