anyone else get an error when trying to boot up mlb 08: the show?

it just says an error has occurred (8002B603)

No sorry man. Maybe if you go to playstation.com and email them the error code and tell them what happened they can help you out.

I've googled the error code and found no useful information. MLB 08 the Show is a sony game, so it the system, so the sony customer service will be your one stop shop for service. Give tech support a shot. Sorry I can't be of better help. Hopefully you'll be enjoying that wonderful Baseball game soon enough.

Off topic, Were you able to succesfully update your firmware as requested in your other thread?

thanks again...yes i did update my system....i had to bring my ps3 to my basement and hook it up to the router...but the update i guess had nothing to do with the error....i put in drakes fortune and that worked sooo maybe i got a bugged disc...ill give sony a call again (they were too busy before)
