They need to add some guns to the cover of the next Persona game. That'll make it sell more in the US.

Problem solved.

Seriously though, I'm just glad to see it do well. Hopefully its success opens up more eyes for future games.

I Expected much more from Persona 5 :/

You did? Why? These are great numbers for the series.

Persona 4: Golden did 47k first week in USA and Persona 4 did 340k lifetime.

It's going to be the best selling in the series regardless, both globally and in the US.

what about globally in the US?

It was funnier when I thought that he was actually serious instead of just being a troll!

zelda without wii U sales is far past horizon

BotW should be at 1 million next week and 1-2 Switch as well as Bomberman nearing 100k, quite nice. What's better is knowing these games seem to be undertracked as well.

Nice hold for Zelda, overall. Switch version dropped around 30k though.
Horizon continues to decline.
And I expected more from Persona 5.

Edit: Well, 40-45k less than its Japanese release is fine. Hopefully it'll have stronger legs in the US and Europe.

Let's go KH! WOO!

Oh, and good for P5. Makoto effect. YEAH!

I don't understand. I was told that Switch owners were starving for games. So starving that 400k+ bought a port of Mario Kart 8 in its opening weekend. Didn't they know that another Wii U game was ported to Switch several weeks earlier? They need not have suffered for so long.

I'm surprised to see so many disappointed by Persona 5. Including digital, its overall aligned first week could be in the range of 700k to 800k, which is phenomenal for Persona. That's almost as much as the original Persona 4 sold in its lifetime.

Nintendo fans only buy things that Nintendo has their grubby little hands all over.

Get it together, dengle.
