I'm no Persona noob, but the first 30mins of Persona 5 made it my favorite.

Yes I am new, about 15 hours in and it's annoying the fuck out of me that everything uses time, very few items to recover sp and every fuck is expensive.

The very best way to end sp trouble is to get your death confidant to level 5, then go to mementos and farm up as much money as you possibly can. Pollen days are probably the best. Pollen has weaker enemies and less items (so you can just use autoattack to end fights) and rain has stronger enemies (more money, but probably takes longer and you'll have to use sp) and more items.

If you can get her to rank 7, then all her items are half off.

Additionally, in mementos, use confuse on the miniboss types and they'll give you tons of money. You can get the best sp recovery item for all your characters and be back to full in like 5 minutes of blocking. Farming for this amount of money, with level 5 death should take about 2 hours maybe.

Quick question. Is there anyway to level up guts quickly? The only way that I saw to get  it done is by eating and that's the only way I know to level up with the doctor.

Early on there's a book and a dvd you can rent. Both improve guts by two and you can use both twice, and I think you only need 10 to get the guts required.

Order coffee for dinner while studying.

Read books and watch dvds.

Don't forget to buy the juice on sundays for time-free points.

Just finished after 100 hours. Fantastic game, always had the opinion that music really matters. And this game knocks it out of the park with superb music. Might be as memorable as some of my other favorites, but many years of remembering the music would make it similarly as impactful.

So, yeah I'm about 40 hours in, If you wait on mementos, and get like 3 or 4 targets at a time, it's way easier. There's this one request about a guy who is stealing from the register at a shop, and if you use pulinpa on him, he gives you about 100k gold in one fight. After that, I bought 3 SPMajor trinkets and I literally have no problem with dungeon SP fatigue.

Gonna have to tag this thread and get back to it whenever I finally get around to Persona 5. It'll be my first in the series, playing it primarily due to the rave reviews. :)
