No. We don't need to kill them. Just convince them that chasing after nuclear weaponry is not a noble pursuit.

Well, North Korea's goal has worked so far. Libya was forced to remove their nuclear weapons, and then Gaddafi ended up getting overthrown by NATO. North Korea's not going to make that same mistake.

Armed with nukes, they might make even bigger mistakes then. First mistake being invading US ally South Korea in the early 50s. Let's help them avoid another similar mistake.

I understand that but Korean War's not over. Not a good idea to let North Korea get their hands on nukes.

It's too late for that. They already have nukes.

They already have them. They just cant reach the US with them yet.

However if those battle ships the US has starts fireing at North Korea, they will return fire with small nukes and take out the ships.

China will get pissed, if the US starts fireing missiles that lead to north korean retaliating (self defense really).

It ll be a mess....  attacking North Korea would likely not result in any good outcome for anyone.
