Actually, it just turned out to be with my bank. I verified it was me that made the purchase, but I'm still waiting to see if allowed me to finish the purchase.

It did that to me too. It long a really long time to process after payment on Amazon right? If you go into your Amazon Japan and account and look at your orders, you should see the card and you can get the 16 digit code from there.

So I made it work after some calls to my bank, so my Debit Card got declined, but my CC work, at first I thought it didn't since it got declined, then I remember that my bank blocks my CC when I try to buy from the internet so I made a call, then got declined again, and then they somehow unlock fully my CC for 7 days to buy anything from everywhere. Your method seems easier since I have already buy from Amazon JP before.
